The Axe Academy is a personal development platform & community for the millennial Christian led by life-architect Eric Samuel Timm. Our VISION is to raise up an army of millennial Christians who decide to be life-long learners, leaders and followers of Jesus all who carry a sharp axe, the best true version of themselves, to build and blaze the trail they dream and then go and do! 2 - CAREER & CALLING Discover the difference between career & calling and how the two interplay to be essential dance partners in our lives. Find the dream you have and love to work the job you got while you learn the process to eventually live the dream and quit the job.
4 - CULTURE ENGAGEMENT Equip yourself to be informed about the cultural problems we in the world are facing. Then learn how to engage culture where culture is not a enemy, where you don’t blend in and where you don’t run from.
5 - CRITICAL THINKING Learn how to sharpen the questions and the tools needed to cut through the clatter and grasp the knowledge you need. In our information world we are becoming bankrupt of knowledge, thus, you must have more then information at your disposal.
6 - COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS Kill the speaker, slay the communicator and unlock the orator. In a noisy world sharpen the skill to be heard & understood. However, do this while finding your voice, not while trying to be a clone of some communicator’s style or program.
7 - CREATIVE POWER Deepen your creative well and unlock the depths of how you think creatively! You will learn to sharpen your process of producing under pressure. Increase influence and positive change in your world through what ever art medium you have been gifted in.

      Our goal is to provide 25,000 people with food and a bible every year. Every time a new member enrolls into the Axe Academy, we use their first month's membership cost and give it to someone in need.
